Using grinding device

Process:

  1. Use a sharpie and mark edges of knives
  2. Push grinding device in basic position
  3. Remove star handle screws
  4. Lift cover (with grinding plate)
  5. Mount knife carrier
  6. Tighten screw of knife carrier
  7. Put on cover
  8. Replace star handle screws
  9. Push grinding device in grinding position
  10. Grind knives
  11. Remove knife carrier from grinding device and check if all knives are ground correctly
  12. If not all knives are grounded correctly, repeat grinding process
