1. Open the side of the truck or trailer.
2. Inspect the crate(s) for visible transport damage and, if necessary, document any damage with photographs.
3. Locate the centre of gravity marking on the crate.
4. Position the forklift forks underneath the crate, aligned with the centre of gravity marking.
5. Carefully lift the crate and ensure sufficient clearance from the tarpaulin or vehicle roof.
6. Slowly remove the crate from the truck or trailer and tilt it slightly backwards.
7. Place the crate at the designated unpacking area. Then proceed with unloading the next crate.
